MATT TRIMBLE
Matt Trimble is our CEO and leads an amazing team of diverse members with extensive backgrounds across many industries. Matt is a seasoned financial professional with over two decades of experience spanning public accounting, corporate finance and consulting. He has a thorough background in managing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics in various industries such as retail, financial services, logistics, automotive, and professional services. In addition, he has a proven ability to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy for his clients. As a licensed CPA in Texas, he brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight, consistently delivering C-level solutions and driving financial performance improvements. His leadership style is collaborative and data-driven, making him an asset in both corporate and consulting environments.
Matt began his career in public accounting with Deloitte, where he developed a strong foundation in tax compliance and advisory for clients in diverse industries. He has since held key roles at Blockbuster, Alliance Data Systems, 5G Studio Collaborative and Resources Global Professionals, steadily advancing through positions of increasing responsibility in financial reporting, financial analysis, planning, and leadership.
Matt holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and dual degrees in Accounting from Texas A&M University. An interesting fact about Matt is he lived in a van for two years (sometimes down by a river) traveling extensively throughout the western states while living his dream of working remotely in the morning and hiking/biking/fishing/concert-going in the later afternoons and evenings. He is an avid world traveler, including hitting 5 of 7 continents in a 9 month span. When he’s not traveling the world, he and his dog Sabi enjoy just hanging out together.

JENNIFER LITTLEFIELD
Versatile Administrative & Financial Operations Professional
With a strong foundation in operations and bookkeeping, a “Jill-of-All-Trades” both onsite and remotely. Jennifer has been working in financial management and operations for 25 years.
Starting with a background in Real Estate operations and financial management, her detailed bookkeeping skills evolved to beyond real estate, to many small business – from retail stores to gyms and fitness facilities, to oil and gas investors. Jennifer has collaborated with and trained dozens of administrators across 16 states and Mexico developing systems and offering scalable support.
Jennifer’s passionate about streamlining back-office systems so business owners can focus on growth.

SAM WOOLFORD
Sam Woolford is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience. In his current role, he serves as CFO for LTW Advisors, LLC and leads the Company’s outsourced financial analysis services. Sam also manages a handful of client bookkeeping accounts to maintain an up-to-the-minute understanding of the dynamic needs of our customers. He is a generalist who has worked with a range of clients in retail banking, trucking, real estate, and equipment leasing, among many others. Though he’s led nearly $8 billion in capital funding for large corporations, Sam prefers to work with small and medium-sized businesses.
Sam began his career as a retail stockbroker, which eventually led to leadership positions in consulting and corporate finance as his career progressed. In 2013, he served as Senior Director of Finance and Capital Markets for Alliance Data Systems before starting his own consulting firm. Prior to these roles, Sam worked as a Subject Matter Expert for the US Department of Defense on the ground in Iraq, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates.
Sam received a BS in Political Science from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He served on the Board of the American Liver Foundation and was the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s Volunteer of the Year for the Desert Southwest region in 2009. Sam spends most of his spare time reading non-fiction, coaching lacrosse, and traveling with his wife (and LTW CMO) Andrea.

ANDREA WOOLFORD
As Chief Marketing Officer, Andrea Woolford brings over 20 years of marketing expertise and a proven track record of driving growth for both established organizations and small businesses. A seasoned strategist and hands-on executor, she blends deep knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and customer segmentation to develop high-impact campaigns that elevate brand visibility and deliver measurable ROI. Her experience founding and running her own successful creative marketing and e-commerce businesses gives her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities small business owners face—insight that directly informs her leadership and approach.
From launching innovative marketing automation strategies and modernizing digital experiences to fostering cross-functional collaboration and vendor partnerships, Andrea has built a career on helping companies scale. Her entrepreneurial mindset, combined with her ability to translate data into action, fuels her commitment to delivering smart, sustainable marketing solutions. As CMO, she leads with creativity, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of what it takes to grow a business from the ground up.
Andrea received a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University. She has been a member of the Junior League of Dallas (JLD) since 2009 and participated in the organizations invitation-only T. Boone Pickens Leadership Institute, focused on preparing participants for leadership service within the Dallas Community. Andrea loves fashion, food, music, and traveling with her husband (and LTW CFO Sam).
